This makes...no sense. Does he think he's a youkai? But whatever kind of bullshit this is, she must attempt to appease. Maybe this whole train is a simulation and nothing is really real but she still would rather not die, so.]

I prefer to write actually.

But no matter. I only know of a short myth and quite a sparse one at that. Perhaps it's not entirely accurate. You may want to offer corrections where needed.
[PLEASE don't shoot the messenger.]

Many hundreds of years ago in the Hida province, I believe under the reign of Emperor Nintoku, there was a specter with two faces. One was on the front of his head and the other on the back. Likewise he had four arms and four legs, and stood towering over the heads of all mortal men. He was unmatched in strength and clever as could be, adept with the bow and the sword alike.

He was said to disrespect the Imperial court and cause great suffering among men, so the Emperor sent his military commander, Takefurukuma no Mikoto, to vanquish him.

There are differing records on many accounts. Whether this Sukuna was merely expelled from the province or destroyed, his appearance, what his purpose was, etc. Though most call him a villain I know some in the Hida region worship him, and some even claim that he brought Buddhism to the region. There's no account of the battle as far as I know, and nothing to say of what became of Sukuna after.

Is this anything familiar to you?
